Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the items must be in their original condition - not worn, washed or damaged. Items received worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Limited edition, sale items or mystery bundles are not eligible for return, unless defective. If an item was purchased at a retail location, the return must be made at that location.
Once we have received your package, please allow up to 5 business days to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account, as it depends on your financial institution. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
If you would like to make a return, contact us at info@beyondwildapparel.com and include your order number. Once you contact us to initiate a return, we will provide you with a shipping address.
Please note, you must pay return shipping costs.

Our exchange policy is simple, just follow the returns process above.
Then at any time, simply place a new order for the new product(s) you want to purchase.

Warranty
Beyond Wild is built for adventure and travel in mind. If you believe your product has a defect or there is a mistake with your order please email us. We will require defective merchandise to be reviewed, if a design or manufacturing flaw is determined we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

1. Let us know the order number
2. Take a quick photo of the of the issue so we can clearly see it
3. Include a brief description of the issue
All issues must be reported with 30 days of receiving the order for us to review it. Unfortunately, we cannot review possible issues reported after 30 days.
