If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was placed unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for specific items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition - not worn, washed or damaged. Items received worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted. What is the return/exchange process?

To request a return or exchange on an item(s) you have received, contact us at or submit the form on the Exchange & Returns page. All returns must be approved by email prior to returning to us. At time of approval you will receive return address. We recommend asking for a return receipt and tracking code from the carrier of your choice.
Once we receive your package, please allow 1-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return or exchange has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to post to your account, as it depends on your financial institution. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and any discount codes or reward codes used on your return order is not transferable to another order.


Beyond wild provides free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page.


If you choose to cancel your order, cancellation can only be made before your item is shipped.
Once your item has shipped, our return policy is in effect.


Any pre-order items listed/noted/mentioned on may require up to 30 calendar days before item will ship from us. Up to 7 additional calendar shipping days may be expected from us to you. Cancellation on pre-orders will be granted up to 7 calendar days prior to the pre-order end date.
