Please review all products in your order before purchase to ensure the smoothest customer experience.
Most orders are processed within 1-5 days. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed tracking information.
In most cases, we ship with USPS first class or USPS priority mail. For larger packages, we may ship with USPS, or UPS.

International Shipping
Please note, shipping rates do not include customs fees, duties, etc. which may be added to the shipping expenses required for you to pay in order to receive your item. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Beyond Wild will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by the country you reside in.
Unfortunately for international orders, we do not offer free shipping.
Please allow up to 5-7 days for processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Most of our international shipping will be through Ascendia international services. When the order reaches your country, Ascendia provides the shipment to your local postal system to make the final delivery. Because of this, more than one tracking number may be required to track the package to its final destination. You may need to check the progress of the shipment by searching with the new tracking number provided.
If you feel that the shipment is being delayed and you see the new tracking number but the shipment has not been moving to its final destination, you may need to reach out to your local postal system with your tracking number.
From time to time, local postal offices may hold a shipment because you may need to answer a few questions, fill out paperwork, or pay a customs duty.
